Todd has been sailing and racing for more than 45 years across every type of boat—from dinghies and small keelboats to larger vessels. Starting as a junior sailor, he progressed through roles as instructor and head instructor before serving as a Long Island Sound JSA Liaison, building a deep understanding of what it takes to build and sustain strong sailing programs. Today, he's an active boat owner who enjoys cruising with family and racing small keelboats competitively at the local, regional, national, and international levels. Off the water, Todd brings three decades of experience in compliance technology and operational leadership. As CEO and Co-founder of NuComply Inc., he has spent his career solving complex problems for financial service firms around the world. 

As MSA's President, Todd draws on both his deep roots in sailing and his professional expertise to guide the organization forward. His passion for the sport drives his dedication to strengthening MSA's programs and community impact!

A lifelong sailor and instructor, Grant brings deep experience in community sailing programs, yacht clubs, and professional sailing schools to MSA's Board. As a member of MSA's Fleet Committee, he oversees equipment maintenance and storage—essential work that keeps our boats seaworthy, our facilities organized, and our sailors safe on the water.

Grant's commitment to sailing and strong operational knowledge make him a trusted steward of the infrastructure that supports every sailor, from our youngest Learn to Sail students to our most competitive racers!

Alex joined MSA's Board in 2025 as a parent of two sailors who have thrived in our Junior Sailing Program and raced on the C420 Race Team. In his professional life, Alex is a Managing Partner at Arjuna Capital, where he has spent more than 20 years working in sustainable and impact investing. 

Alex is passionate about strengthening MSA's infrastructure, safety resources, and programs so that more young sailors can experience joy on the water, forge friendships through the sport, and build skills that will serve them for life.

Tony learned to sail in Manchester harbor in Turnabouts during the 1960s, a foundation that shaped everything that followed. He became an instructor in the Manchester Yacht Club Junior Sailing Program in 1970 and stayed on when the program became the Manchester Sailing Association in 1972, serving as a Coach. After racing through college and owning a series of boats at Larchmont Yacht Club during the 1980s and '90s, he returned to Manchester in 2005—and found his way back to MSA when all three of his daughters joined the program. Two of them went on to teach as instructors themselves, deepening the family's ties to the organization. Today, Tony shapes the next generation through multiple roles: he's been the coach of Manchester High School's Sailing Team since 2019 and currently chairs the Manchester Yacht Club Race Committee.

His decades of experience—as a sailor, instructor, racer, and parent—give him a rare perspective on what it takes to build strong programs and keep sailors engaged from their first time on the water through competitive racing and beyond!
