Important Information
All students must submit a completed and signed Medical Form and Parent/Student Agreement before they will be allowed to participate in the program.
All new students, regardless of age, must submit a Swim Form signed by a certified water safety instructor before they will be allowed to participate in the program.

Please Note: If Manchester public schools have more days off for snow, students may still be in school during the first week of MSA. Please bear this in mind when registering since there will be no refunds if this occurs.
